Representation
The Lolo Community Council comprised of six residents and meets at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month at the Lolo Community Center. Click here to learn more about the community council, including minutes, agendas, bylaws and contact information.
Community councils act as a liaison between the citizens of their communities and the county commissioners, providing information deemed useful, beneficial and helpful in decisions that affect the community. Community councils are advisory only and have no tax or other governmental powers.
- The Lolo Mosquito Control District manages and controls mosquito pests and minimizes mosquito-borne diseases such as West Nile and Equine Encephalitis.
- Florence-Carlton Cemetery Board governs and manages the Florence-Carleton Cemetery District.

Your Public Library
The Lolo branch of the Missoula Public Library is located inside of the Lolo School. In the summer, it is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the fall and winter it is open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Selected Parks & Trails
Riverside Park: 11 acres, located at the end of Lakeside Dr. Amenities include a restroom, river access and a natural service trail.
Shelby Park: 4.6 acres, located on Mormon Creek Road. Amenities include open space and picnic tables.
