About Big Sky Stewardship Committee
Big Sky Stewardship Committee monitors and evaluates issues relating to Big Sky Park and reports to the County Parks and Trails Advisory Board with its recommendations.

Authorization: The Big Sky Stewardship Committee was created in 1998, in accordance with MCA 7-1-201 et. seq.
Meetings held every two months in the winter and spring, more frequently in the summer and fall. Meetings are typically held in the Target Range Library or the Westside Little League Clubhouse.

Maximum number of 12 members; limit of three consecutive three-year terms.
All appointments are made by County Commissioners.
- Five members of the general public not associated with any of the lease holders on the property
- One representative from each of the following:
- Westside Little League
- American Legion Baseball
- Missoula Horseman's Council
- Fastpitch Softball
