If the date you have been called for jury duty says "settled - do not appear" that means that case was settled and will not go to trial. You do not need to report for jury selection.

If the date you have been called for jury duty says "must appear" that means that the case is going forward and you need to report for jury selection.

Jury selection is held at the Missoula County Courthouse, 200 West Broadway.

You may park along the street without cost using the Notice to Missoula Parking Commissioner, located on the reverse side of your Summons, provided you place the Notice to Missoula Parking Commissioner (face up) on the dashboard of the driver’s side of your vehicle with the trial date clearly visible. In the event you receive a parking ticket for nonpayment, please immediately give the ticket to the bailiff or bring it to the Clerk of Court office. 

Limited parking is also available in the public parking area located on the 3rd level ONLY of the Central Park parking structure located on the corner of Main and Ryman. Do not park in lease parking. When checking in outside the courtroom, notify the clerk that you parked in the parking structure to receive a parking voucher for exiting the structure without cost. Jurors who are ticketed for parking in lease parking will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
