Looking for a space for your birthday or graduation party, family reunion or banquet? The barn at West Riverside Community Park is available to rent by the day or hour! The barn is located at 1305 Haaglund Drive, Missoula, MT 59802.

Rental fee: $40 per hour (4 hour minimum) or $400 per day
Damage deposit: $150, due and payable at the time of signing rental agreement. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 30 days of event. All deposits are refundable after the building and surrounding areas are cleaned and a walkthrough has been completed.
All events where alcoholic beverages are either provided or present will need to obtain event insurance, naming “Missoula County Parks, Trails and Open Lands – 200 W. Broadway Missoula, MT 59802” as an additionally insured party. Event insurance can typically be obtained at a nominal rate through a personal auto or home policy.
A copy of the event policy must be provided to Missoula County Parks, Trails and Open Lands no later than 30 days in advance of the event date.

Picnic Pavilions
Great for your family picnic, baby shower, birthday party, or other outdoor gathering! Picnic pavilions are available to rent at West Riverside Community Park and East Missoula Lions Park.
Picnic pavilions are available on a first come-first served basis unless reserved. Reservations guarantee the location, date, and time for your event. Pavilions are available to rent within the following time blocks: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.; 12 to 5 p.m.; 6 to 10 p.m.; or all day. There is a $60 rental fee per each time block. The full day rental fee is $150 with a $50 damage deposit.
