Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments may be made for title transfers.  You must schedule at least one day in advance.  Appointments are in 15 minute increments between 9:15 am and 4:00 pm.  Appointments longer than 30 minutes will not be scheduled between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you will need to take a number and wait in line.

Companies renewing 10 or more vehicles at one time may drop off the paperwork. It will be processed in the order it was received.

If your Title paperwork is being sent to our office by the dealership or bank – Click below to check to see if your paperwork has arrived in our office. You will need your last name, zip code and the last six digits of the VIN number. If there are two or more owners of the vehicle with different last names, you may need to use the secondary or tertiary owners last name if you get no result. If the paperwork has arrived, the system will confirm that it is in our office and it will give you the option of scheduling an appointment.
