Project Summary

The proposed Deer Creek Subdivision is a minor subdivision proposing three lots. One of the lots will be utilized as a residential storage unit facility as previously approved and the remaining two lots will be utilized as vacant land in the foreseeable future. The proposed lots will meet the required zoning density for this property of one dwelling unit per every one acre. The property is located in Missoula at 984 Deer Creek Road and it is located south of and adjacent to Interstate 90 along Deer Creek Road. The applicant, L&C Landholdings, LLC is represented by Territorial-Landworks, Inc.
