Plan Review

All new operations must be reviewed by the state. After the plans are approved and the facility is ready to operate, a pre-operational inspection must be completed by our office. At that time, a license is issued and state license fees are due.


Inspections are conducted annually by the local health department for compliance with state rules. These inspections are public record and can be viewed at our office.
