Most Rocky Mountain Medical Center providers are offering Telehealth appointments for new and established patients

Rocky Mountain has many safeguards currently in place for the safety of our patients and staff. We have a screening station at the entrance to the building and all persons coming into the clinic must have their temperature taken, have a face covering or mask, must not have any symptoms or any family in their house have had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, respiratory issues) and must not have traveled out of state in the last 14 days to even enter our building. We’ve taped off chairs in the waiting rooms to account for physical distancing and are only seeing (in-person) visits with emergent or essential sight-saving or Ear, Nose & Throat emergent patients, all other visits are being rescheduled to a later date or are offered a telehealth appointment.

Our clinic is currently open from 8-4 pm, Monday-Friday for appointments. We accept most insurances plans.

Accepting New Patients? Insurance

Make A Telehealth Appointment:

Yes

Most insurance plans accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Call (406) 541-4700

Telehealth visits are available for patients via both phone or virtual/video visits.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5 and Fri 9-12.

We are accepting most insurances at this time and can see new patients (or patients that are not established with our provider Stacey Riffe) via the telehealth/virtual platform.  We do accept both Medicaid and Medicare.  It should be noted that passport approval/authorization is necessary prior to our visit for Medicaid patients.

We are scheduling same day telehealth visits, the patient simply needs to call our office at 541-4700, they will be enrolled via email to our electronic health record where they can submit documentation prior to their visit (health history, etc) and link into a zoom virtual visit with Stacey Riffe, FNP.  If they do not have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer, we can forego this and complete the visit simply by phone.  It's a very quick and easy set up.

We are open for visits as well for those patients who require in-office appointments, but are encouraging patients who have Covid or flu-like symptoms to continue to report to the designated screening facilities in Missoula in order to protect our patients and staff.

Alpine PT is accepting new patients as well as established patients for telehealth physical therapy sessions. You have three options for scheduling a telehealth appointment:

1. Book Online. This is by far the easiest and most efficient. www.AlpinePTmissoula.com

2. Call our north office at 541-2606. Leave a message with your name, phone number and email address. We have limited hours staffing our front desk.

3. Email us at info@AlpinePTmissoula.com with your name and email address.

Alpine PT works with most insurances, though we do have information verifying PT Telehealth coverage for several insurance providers, we advise that you contact your insurance company to determine details of coverage for Telehealth physical therapy under your specific policy. Please note that typical co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance still apply in most cases.

We believe as a business that we need to play our part in minimizing exposure for our community and support social distancing during this important time.  We also realize that physical therapy is an important service to provide.  Through telehealth we are able to accomplish both.   We will provide updates on our website and social media with information on the availability of in-clinic visits as conditions allow in the coming weeks.

In health,

The Alpine Physical Therapy Team

Inertia Physiotherapy is now accepting new patients through our telehealth platform. We provide a free 20 min initial consultation to discuss your case and determine if telehealth is the right platform for your needs. There are 3 main ways to contact Inertia or get more information. First, visit our website www.InertiaPhysioMT.com then:

1. Follow a link to our user friendly online booking platform.

2. Use the Contact form to ask questions or request a call back.

3. Call 406-880-7945, leave a message if there's no answer, we may be working with another client and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Physical Therapists in the state of Montana have direct access rights which means you do not need a physician referral to seek our services.

Inertia Physiotherapy is a private pay clinic. This means that we don't directly bill your insurance company. We have priced our telehealth services on a sliding scale based on the duration of the session from $80 for an hour long evaluation to $40 for a 30 minute followup session. The duration and frequency chosen will be based on individual needs. If your insurance provider does pay for telehealth services we can and will provide you with a document that you can use to seek reimbursement on your own. If you have any questions about this process we are happy to help the best we can, but the information is changing rapidly. The best answer will likely come directly from your insurance provider.

While Telehealth is not necessarily equivalent to in-office visits with the option for hands on care, we want to do our part in not only helping to flatten the curve, but also care for our community in the best possible way. We don't want people to wait until the pandemic is over to seek help and advice that can get them moving and support their overall health and wellbeing.

We want you to stay in motion!
