The Missoula City-County Health Department immunization visits are on an appointment-only basis.    If your student needs a vaccination to start school this fall, please call to  schedule an appointment.   Masks are required, and we are encouraging one-parent/one-child visits to decrease crowding.

The Missoula City-County Health Department's Immunization Clinic offers all vaccinations for children and adults  by appointment for overseas travel. Fees for children who are uninsured or under-insured are based on a sliding fee scale.

Be sure to bring your child's immunization record.

No child is denied immunizations due to inability to pay.

Childhood Immunization Schedule

For ages 0-6
For age 7-18

Immunizations are not just for kids. Vaccines are available for adults to prevent influenza, pneumonia, shingles and HPV (responsible for cervical and anal cancer), as well as tetanus boosters.

Montana Immunization Program

Tips for a Less Stressful Shot Visit

We participate in using imMTrax, the Montana State Immunization Registry. This is an immunization information system (IIS) which is a confidential, computerized, population-based system that collects and consolidates vaccination data from vaccine providers. This is a centralized, secure location for storing immunization records that can easily be accessed by your health care provider to help ensure that you are up-to-date on recommended vaccine
