  • Case Management

 

Ryan White Part C

  • Medical, dental, pharmacy, mental health, and substance abuse services consistent with current published guidelines for treatment of HIV and associated illnesses.
  • Referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Assistance in accessing financial resources such as Medicaid, Social Security, etc.
  • Education for people living with HIV, and their families.

Counseling & Testing

Partnership Health Center provides routine testing for HIV as part of a primary care visit. Please call 258-4789 to schedule an appointment, or visit us for more information.

Anonymous counseling & testing is also available at the locations below. Please call for specific times.
