Darin Bell, MD: Dr. Darin Bell is a board-certified family medicine physician who attended medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas. He completed his residency in Anchorage, Alaska. He is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. He enjoys practicing broad spectrum family medicine with a special interest in rural and underserved medicine, overseas medicine, and wilderness and remote medicine. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, climbing, brewing beer, and cooking. 

Alex Chaloux, PA: Alex Chaloux is a board-certified Physician Assistant who completed his training at Northeastern University in Boston. Originally an east coast transplant from Maine, Alex was drawn to Montana by his love of the outdoors; here he met his lovely wife and never left. Alex has a special interest in chronic disease management through conservative lifestyle modification. Alex spends his free time rock climbing, skiing, and spoiling his dog Fitz.

Danielle Chapin, PA: Danielle Chapin is a certified PA who has spent her medical career in family medicine. She is a graduate from the University of Iowa PA program. She has a special interest in women and child health and currently provides medical care at both our main facility as well as our satellite clinic at Lowell School Health Center. Danielle enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends exploring the lakes, rivers, and mountains of Montana.

Kevin Chin, DO: Dr. Kevin Chin is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Denver. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and has worked at Partnership Health Center since 2009. He enjoys the outdoors but most of all spending time with his family and two beautiful daughters.

Jacqueline Fee, APRN, WHNP: Jacqueline Fee was raised in the sunny states of Florida and Hawai’i. She received her graduate training in Boston, MA and previously practiced primary care at a Community Health Center and Homeless Clinic in Portland, ME. She is a nationally certified Adult and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Her philosophy of care is individualized based on the co-determined needs of each patient. She enjoys working together though open communication and education, finding motivation and meaning to improve quality of life.

Todd Fife, MD: Todd Fife currently resides in Seeley Lake Montana and works as a family medicine practitioner for the residents of the surrounding area at the Seeley-Swan Medical Clinic. He is a graduate of Ross University School of medicine, and he completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of North Dakota. He has been board-certified since 2004 and has had extensive experience in treating patients of all ages. He has recently returned from West Africa where he spent two years as a medical missionary working in all of the countries from Sierra Leone through Nigeria. He loves working and living in Seeley Lake, and is frequently found doting on his two granddaughters.

John Honsky, APRN: John Honsky APRN is a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients across the life span. He has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Montana State University, a master's degree in psychiatric nursing, and a master's degree in education administration and curriculum development, both from Gonzaga University. He is on the faculty at Gonzaga University and Montana State University, Bozeman. John enjoys music, archery, and trekking across new terrain.

Angela Ireland, PA: Angela Ireland PA-C was born and raised in Montana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Seattle University, and she graduated from the Master Physician Assistant Program at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA. She served five years as a U.S. Navy Corpsman and was assigned to the Medical Support Team for the NASA Space Shuttle Program. She spends a lot of her free time outdoors and with her pets, and loves photography and animals. 

Nerissa Koehn, MD: Dr. Nerissa Koehn is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended Harvard Medical School and completed her residency in Tacoma, WA. Within medicine she has a particular interest in maternity care, women's health, and procedures including colposcopies and LEEPs. She is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine she enjoys many outdoor activities including running, camping, rafting, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoys reading, knitting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

Kate Krebsbach, DO: Dr. Kate Krebsbach is a Doctor of Osteopathy who is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed medical school at Des Moines University and residency in Billings, MT. She has a special interest in HIV and Hepatitis C medicine. She also helps lead our Diabetic group visits. She spends most of her free time hanging out with her dogs, reading, and just generally enjoying the awesomeness that is Montana.

Win Lewis, PA: Win Lewis is one our physician assistants at Partnership Health Center. Originally from New Jersey, he has called Missoula his home for the last 5 years. He attended Pacific University outside of Portland, Oregon for PA school and graduated in 2009. Prior to starting at PHC, Win spent 2 years in Salem, Oregon working in Cardiology. In addition to general family medicine, his clinical interests include HIV care and homeless healthcare. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea and dog Ulli in the mountains and rivers of Montana. 

Amy Matheny, MD: Dr. Amy Matheny is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completed her residency in Boise, ID. She also received a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Family and Community Health. She is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. She practices broad-spectrum family medicine including obstetrics, HIV, and Hepatitis C care. In her free times she enjoys cooking, skiing, hiking, biking, and camping with her husband, Mark, and dog, Jasper.

Marc Mentel, DO: Dr. Marc Mentel is a board-certified family medicine physician. He attended his first year of residency at the Naval Hospital in Charleston, SC. He completed the remaining two years of his residency at Health One in Denver, CO. Within medicine he has a particular interest in prenatal care, child and adolescent care, and procedures. He is also one of the faculty physicians for Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine he enjoys, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing and spending time with his family. 

John Miller, MD: Dr. John Miller is a board-certified family medicine physician. He completed medical school through the University of Washington, and his residency in Tacoma, WA. He also holds a Master in Public Health with an International Health Concentration. Within medicine his interests include Sports Medicine and Diabetes. He is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine he enjoys college sports, running, and various outdoor activities including hiking, camping, rafting, and skiing.

Elizabeth Paddock, MD: Dr. Elizabeth Paddock is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended medical school at Albany Medical College, and completed her residency in Madison, WI. Some of her special interests within medicine include geriatric medicine, preventive medicine, and reproductive health including obstetrics. She is one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, and also works as a hospitalist at St. Patrick 's Hospital. Outside of medicine she enjoys running, triathlons (including Ironman in 2012), hiking, cross-country skiing, gardening, and reading. 

Roger Pafford, MD: Dr. Roger Pafford is a board-certified Family Practice physician with interests in family health including pediatrics, women's and men's health. He completed his education at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2005, and residency at the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 2008. He is an accomplished musician and spends his free time working on digital illustrations and helping friends with graphic designs. He is also a voracious movie fanatic – his favorite films being "You've Got Mail" and "Whale Rider."

Lynne Rogers, NP: Lynne Rogers is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She worked for 9 years in the Intensive Care Unit at UCLA and for 3 years as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in Moorpark, CA before coming to Partnership Health Center in 2014. She loves taking care of all age groups but especially enjoys women and child health. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Rob Stenger, MD: Dr. Rob Stenger is a board-certified family medicine physician. He attended Johns Hopkins University school of Medicine. He completed a combined family and preventive medicine residency at OHSU in Portland, OR. His special interests within medicine include chronic disease management, care of children and young families, preventive medicine, public health, and health policy. He is also one of the faculty physicians for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Outside of medicine he enjoys choral and instrumental music, biking, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his four young children. 

Ned Vasquez, MD: Dr. Ned Vasquez is a board-certified family medicine physician. He attended medical school at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Wisconsin. Ned worked at the Western Montana Clinic 's satellite facility in Lolo from 1986 through 2012, when he became the full-time Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana. Ned 's areas of interest have included care of the elderly, care of children with Autism spectrum and ADD/ADHD, and Wilderness Medicine. Outside of medicine he enjoys hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing, back-country skiing, reading, and spending time with his granddaughters.
